“HEEDEN FOUNDATION” was established in order to create healthy environment of educated people for prosperous future. The Foundation aims to make a difference in the society by reaching out to people who have a great perspective for Health, Education & Environment. HeEdEn foundation is a non-profitable non-government organization established in Feb 2021 by a group of seven friends.

Being born in families which have always been associated with doing benevolent and social work, we have inculcated and inspired these values in us, and the result of which we have started doing social and noble work for the welfare of society. Imbibing all our learnings from the past and inculcating them in our very own organization, this foundation aims to serve all sections of society.

We all have been working in healthcare industry for more than 15 years now and despite of being into the people service industry, the satisfaction has not achieved the level of being content. So, one day the idea just clicked and here we are as HeEdEn foundation for the world. The name of the foundation itself suggests the fields in which we really want to provide our services. “He stands for Health, Ed for Education and En for Environment”. These are the fields if excelled can take the society to a next level.

Our organization was born during Pandemic situation, which had great impact on us as team members as well as the nation itself. The pandemic crisis gave us no time to think and plan for the future perspectives as it was time to take immediate action. All of us had to be on our toes to make the situation not go from bad to worst. So instead of making action plans, thinking about the future goals we started helping people without any waste of time.

We have been helping people in arranging beds, oxygen cylinders, distributing face masks and sanitizers to the lower community who are not able to procure them at ease. We have contributed/helped patients to get admission in various Government hospitals, Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home isolation, Home Nursing Care, we have disinfected various places in Delhi e.g., Bus Stands, Buses, containment zones etc. Many of the patients have been provided with oxygen cylinders at home and could able to manage these ones at Home itself.

We also distributed food in the slum areas and to the workers who went jobless at that time, distribution of clothes and other basic amenities was also carried out by the team. There were many families who have lost their only earning member were adopted by us so that the kids and other family members can be fed. The pandemic situation taught all of us to live in faith and not fear. We went out in open and lend our helping hands to one and all. The only thought that kept us going was “STAY POSITIVE, TOUGH TIMES DON’T LAST BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO”.

Health

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease. Our foundation works in the direction to provide all, the healthy state of mind along with the mindful body.

Education

Education is important for all as it helps us become a better citizen and helps us grow and develop. HeEdEn wants to educate all so that they can earn their livelihood by themselves without being dependent on anybody.

Environment

Environment encompasses all living and non-living thing occurring naturally. The biggest challenge today is to save environment as it is deteriorating with our poor maintenance.
